Lisa L. Moore is an Alberta-born writer who has lived in Austin, Texas for almost thirty years.  She is the author, most recently, of the poetry chapbook 24 Hours of Men (Dancing Girl Press), and author or editor of five additional books of literary criticism and scholarship.  She has been published in the Los Angeles Review of Books, Nimrod International Journal, The Fourth River, Borderlands Texas Poetry Review, the Rusty Toque, Tinderbox Poetry Journal, and White Wall Review and received awards from the Art/Lines Juried Poetry Prize and the Lambda Literary Foundation.  She teaches English and Women's and Gender Studies at the University of Texas at Austin.
